COMPLIANCE

In accordance with the provisions of the Italian Law n. 231/2001 and the requirements of the European anti corruption regulations, the Board of Directors of HISI Management have approved the Compliance Regulations and Guidelines; the Compliance of the Company is supervised by an external Compliance Auditing Board.
